  • Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed.

2. No Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom-made doors are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damage & Defective Claims
